Stripe Pattern:  Any, but requires a full skein of contrast yarn.  I have kits that include a full skein of contrast available here.

Laufmasche Socks

Stripe Pattern: Complex--you'll want to look for colorways that have a 7/3/7/3 stripe pattern to duplicate the look of the original project.

Swedish Fish

Stripe pattern:  Any, but you may wish to use an even stripe or 10 row stripe to get the most solid colored fish.  Shown here is the Memristor colorway paired with a full skein of solid black.

Fruit Stripe Gum

Stripe Pattern:  Any

The original pattern has you changing yarns and carrying them up, but I've never been good at that so self striping to the rescue!  Bonus, no row counting, just go!
